That same day I received an email from VIP Concierge saying that he got approval from management to fulfill my order overnight at no extra cost and if I would like for him to proceed, I said sure. I received and email from someone named DV on December 21st saying we're work hard to get your order shipped and gave me a coupon for 25%off my next order, and because it hadn't been even processed yet, I told them to cancel my order and issue me a refund and that i will be contacting the BBB. Mid December I started getting worried because I haven't received a tracking number for my order so I contacted them through email because that is the only way to communicate with them because the number they provided did not work. I got several emails saying that they're working hard to process my order and it will be shipped out soon and if I contact them, that will delay the process. I ordered well in enough time to receive my package before Christmas. Their website states that it will take approximately 2-7 days to process the order and **** business days for shipping. Order #****** On November 30th I placed an order totaling $113.84. Now I am reaching out with a simple question: will they stand behind their satisfaction promise and send me the items I ordered, since they have been paid in full. So they lied to my bank and withheld info that it was not delivered intentionally and cut ties with me even though I have been an upstanding regular customer both before and after this happened. Rockstar when contacted by my bank, told them that the order had been delivered in order to capture the funds from the order, They showed my bank the tracking info for the barrel of sugar that I am 100% positive that they know I had received. Nobody was willing to truly hear me out so I took the next steps and called my credit card company and informed them of the situation,I got immediate credit to my account, while the bank researched to see if they could come up with a solution.Months go by and one day I'm just having a normal day when I see a deduction in my account for the amount I had disputed. So then I contacted rockstar which I have our conversations to see if they had any traction towards the order and I was told that since I contacted my back, they would no longer be willing to provide me with customer service,Here is the biggest issue. I also sent them images of the package I received, I waited about 4 weeks and then started to contact the company again looking for an update. So I then contacted rockstar to follow up I was told that they would follow up with ***** and it would take up to 8 weeks for me to get a resolution. contacted ***** who explained what happened and told me that the only way they could track down my package was to speak to the sender. It seems that during the repackaging process, some orders got messed up. When I finally received the package, it was not tracksuits. They did not package the order well according to ***** and it resulted in their package getting repackaged for delivery by *****. Plus, did I mention they're $25? I didn't think pants like this existed, but now I'm buying multiple colors.I ordered 6 tracksuits from this company. I love that these pants are size-inclusive, and they come in so many different washes, as well as distressed styles. The stretch is there, in the best way possible. They hug you in all the right places, but they don't feel overly tight or constricting. I tried a mid-rise, dark-blue wash, because I thought they were the most classic, and I really like them. I don't know what the deal is with these jeans, but they're fantastic. I never thought I'd find such a great pair of pants at Old Navy, but I cannot recommend the Old Navy Rockstar Jeans ($25, originally $35) enough. I like jeans with lots of stretch, and I prefer a skinny jean, because I think they're timeless and go with everything. I've tried what feels like every jean imaginable, and I've been looking to find a pair that meets my basic requirements. However, I live in a cold climate, and so jeans and sweaters have become a necessary staple for me. I'm much more of a skirt or dress kind of girl, because I like the way they look on me more than pants.
